Two-day jungolf tourney at Intramuros

The eight staging of the Club Intramuros Junior Golfers (CIJG) tournament has been set for Oct. 24 and 25 at the short but tricky layout in the heart of Manila, with the event open to all alumni and their guests.

A regular 18-hole event for men’s and ladies’ divisions will be held on the 24th, with interested participants asked to course their inquiries through the Club Intramuros secretariat at tel. no. (0918) 9450508 for ticket reservations.

Championship trophies from Classes A to F for boys and girls Division will be disputed over 36 holes in the event chiefly sponsored by the Philippine Tourism Authority, Jungolf Foundation of the Philippines, Citigolf, Whiz oil, Manila Dogs Golf Club, H&K Health Spa, Unilever, Petron, the Philippine Junior Golf Tour, Ayala Greenfield Golf and Leisure Club and the Philippine Navy Golf Club.
