Continuing OMB raids
04/24/2009 Operatives of the Optical Media Board led by Chairman Edu Manzano recently conducted raids on the Makati Cinema Square in Makati and the St. Francis Square in the Ortigas Center where they seized a big number of illegal optical media products. Manzano is shown here inspecting the confiscated CDs and DVDs, many of which contain disgusting child pornography. With Manzano in photo are OMB executive director lawyer Rosendo Meneses and Legal Division head lawyer Cyrus Valenzuela. The successful raids are part of the agency’s continuing campaign against piracy and violation of intellectual property rights.  Back to top
