Citibank is Outstanding Consumer Bank
01/04/2009 Country business manager Mark Jones (center) of Citibank Philippines receives the award from Consumers Union of the Philippines’ chairman, Ambassador Raul Goco (left) and president, lawyer Quirino Marquinez, during the 19th Annual National Consumers Awards held at the Manila Hotel.
