Mansmith & Fielders honors 4th YMMA awardees

Considered as the top honor that a young marketer can achieve in the country, Mansmith and Fielders Inc. recently named eight achievers in its Young Market Masters Awards (YMMA).

An advocacy project of Mansmith, YMMA aims to honor the best the best Filipino marketers and entrepreneurs who are 35 years old and below – who have created a mark in their fields and continue to elevate their brands and inspire people even in times of crisis.

“We are proud to present eight of this year’s awardees who are not only trailblazers in the industry, but who will surely make a difference in the future,” Chiqui Escareal-Go, president of Mansmith & Fielders and co-founder of the YMMA, said.

The eight individuals who can now be called “Young Market Masters” include Ming N. Arroyo, marketing manager of Anlene, Fonterra Brands Phils. (awardee for marketing management); Carlo S. Endaya, marketing manager, shampoo brands of Unilever Phils. (awardee for marketing management); Jamie N. Garaci, marketing manager of Selecta, Unilever-RFM Ice Cream Inc. (awardee for marketing management); Ingrid E. Javier, senior brand manager of pH care, Myra E and Celeteque, of Innovitelle Inc. (awardee for brand management); Sam Christopher T. Lim, regional brand manager of Sunsilk, Unilever Asia (China & Thailand) (awardee for brand management Int’l.); Francis M. Martinez, product manager of Thunderbird, UNAHCO-Univet Nutrition & Animal Healthcare Co. (awardee for brand management); Michelle de Ocampo-Ballesteros, President and chief marketing officer, Ex-link Management & Marketing Services Co. (awardee for entrepreneurial marketing); and Mark C. Chan, managing director of Traffic Footwear (awardee for retail marketing).

The YMMA is officially endorsed and supported by the Philippine Franchise Association and the Philippine Retailers Association. The official research partner is TNS while Platinum sponsor is Abenson.

The search for the fifth batch of YMMA awardees is now open.
