C2 Classic Cuisine unfolds at Rockwell Mall

10/07/2007

C2 Classic Cuisine restaurant is now starting to impress the habitués of Rockwell Power Plant Mall with its take on Filipino cuisine as it formally opened its doors last Sept. 27. The first C2 Classic Cuisine restaurant, located at The Ledge, 5th level of Shangri-La Plaza Mall, has been carving a niche among food lovers for the past two years and it aims to do the same at Rockwell.

The new venue is very apt to C2 since Rockwell is a busy hub, buzzing alive with business opportunities, and where businessmen – local or foreign – converge. Since they are exposed to the best of what the world can offer, C2 fulfills their demand of a restaurant that offers the best Filipino cuisine.

“C2 Rockwell aims to reach diners who are in search for alternative fine dining and appreciates high quality service and presentation. It will cater to a more sophisticated market. Thus, the new branch continues to elevate and bring new life to Filipino favorites,” Jheng Dacasin, C2 marketing manager, said.

Aside from the favorites in the first C2 in Shangri-La Mall, C2 Rockwell will offer Kinilaw Sampler, an assortment of seafood cooked in vinegar; Suam na Fettuccine, Manila clams in broth with oven roasted tomato fettuccine; Foie Gras Inasal, velvety goose in ginger lemongrass sauce; Bulalo in Phyllo pastry, beef shank in crispy phyllo pastry pouch with light beef broth; Pork Belly Binagoongan, bagoong crusted braised pork belly served with tomato puree; Mini Max Mung Bean Sampler, three ways of enjoying mung beans served with crispy galunggong fillets and Salmon Adobo, salmon fillet drizzled with adobo glaze, and more. A new set of desserts is also being introduced for C2 Rockwell.

C2 Rockwell is located at the 2nd floor, Archaeology Section of Rockwell Power Plant Mall.
