PGA Cars Audi Center holds service clinic

06/17/2007

PGA Cars, sole importer and distributor of Audi vehicles in the Philippines, recently held an Audi service clinic where Audi owners had their cars checked and diagnosed for free by Marc Rembold, a member of Audi AG Germany team of “Flying Doctors.”

Audi owners who brought in their cars during the service clinic were also treated to a 15-percent discount on parts and service, body repairs and painting, Audi car accessories, and Audi Lifestyle items.

The “Flying Doctors” are a team of certified and highly qualified technicians who are sent by the factory to the various official Audi importers around the world. They also act as an adviser and auditor to check if the technical knowledge that the PGA Cars technical team has acquired is being practiced to the Audi standards to which it should be leveled.

The local team of PGA Cars technicians is highly skilled and well-trained, having undergone intensive and rigorous training. PGA Cars has sent its key after sales personnel to various training programs in Audi AG Germany and some of them have done on-the-job training in the other Audi workshops in the region. Aside from looking into customers’ cars, the Audi flying technicians are also tasked to update and reinforce the knowledge and skills of local technicians. Since being appointed as the official Audi importer in May, 2005, PGA Cars have been visited four times by the “Flying Doctors” and have sent three of its staff to at least seven training programs in Germany and various countries in Asia.

Realizing that Audi car owners are some of the most conscientious in the world when it comes to taking care of their cars and PGA Cars always strives to give the best after sales support that only an authorized importer can offer. The PGA Cars Audi Center is the only Audi Service center in the country that is fully equipped with Audi special tools, including the VAS 5051B and 5052, the state-of-the-art computerized diagnostic equipment that is permanently connected on-line with the Audi AG factory in Germany.

The service clinic also provides a good opportunity to renew and strengthen the bond linking the Audi vehicle owner, PGA Cars and Audi AG Germany.
