Noy’s plan to create a political and constitutional crisis that would lead to a one-man rule seems clearer and clearer.

He wants a Supreme Court (SC) that will bow to him, not cross him in court cases. This is not only evident in the way he has too many times stated that he would not bow to the ruling of the high court and even said that, since moral right, justice, truth and the Filipino people are on his side, he will not bow to a law that protects the interests of a select few. Now and then, when criticisms fly, he claims that court rulings must be obeyed.

That the political and constitutional crisis is what he wants, is just as evident, as his allies, whether in the Senate, the House and yes, especially his Yellow mob, made up mostly by the Akbayan group and the Black and White group that is more black than white in its mobster’s ways and whose members are aided by Noynoy’s Philippine National Police (PNP), have already started demanding — and initially only, to be sure — the inhibition of Chief Justice Renato Corona which would eventually lead to calls for his resignation, and the last resort — his impeachment.

The idea is this: Getting Corona to inhibit from all cases involving Gloria Arroyo will be the first step, but if he does bow to Noynoy, there will come calls from the Yellow mob for other Arroyo-appointed justices to inhibit until of course, Noynoy and his frigging Yellows get what they want: An utterly subservient high court that will take all orders from Malacañang.

Already, among the high court justices, there are some who are aiding and abetting the Palace’s insidious moves against Corona, with some having a moist eye on the position of Chief Justice and promotions to senior associate justices, and never mind if the institution goes down the drain.

It’s all about politics in wreaking damage to the high court, with all these Yellow claims of Arroyo-appointed justices destroying the credibility and integrity of the high court due, these same Yellows say, to their perceived bias in favor of Arroyo.

But what about the perceived bias of Aquino-appointed justices favoring Noynoy? After all, if the issue is bias and the voting record of these justices, aren’t the Noynoy justices also always voting in favor of Noynoy and against Gloria?

So why should court judgments on Gloria be the Yellow issue and not court judgments favoring Noynoy by the pro-Noynoy justices?

Why should the SC “regain” its credibility, integrity and independence, if it votes in favor of Noynoy? On the contrary, a high court that toes the Malacañang line can’t be an independent court.

What Cory had during her time were justices all appointed by her. That high court was clearly biased in her favor — and the justices’ voting records will show that.

It is in fact a court that does not toe the Malacañang line that is seen as an independent court, not one that bows to the wishes of the Malacañang tenant.

But that the Yellow mob that went all out to disturb the SC’s proceedings on the oral arguments last Tuesday had the blessings of Noynoy was much too evident.

The PNP teams were not around to stop these noisy rallyists from holding their noisy protest right in front of the SC compound — despite this already being against the law.

Such an incident would never have happened without the go-signal of its Commander-in-Chief, Noynoy. But it also does prove that Noy is true to his word that he will not abide by the ruling of the court when he wants to as the Pharisee that Noy is, he proudly says it is he who makes the right moral judgment and he who says what the truth is.

Crowd control police were hardly present in Padre Faura St. fronting the SC compound Tuesday even as protesters on loudspeakers threatened impeachment for the magistrates of the high court. The police let these yellow mobsters disturb the SC proceedings and the general peace, and violating the law.

The PNP is the implementing agency in charge of the enforcing of a court resolution, Administrative Matter No. 98-7-02-SC dated July 7, 1998 which prohibit mass demonstrations near the SC and other courts within 200 meters.

Perhaps there is really something to what resigned Defense Department spokesman Zosimo Paredes said which may have been on Noynoy and his Defense chief’s mind: Call for a revolutionary government where he becomes the sole government and the sole law.

Hail the new dictator!
