The real estate arm of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies and listed property developer Eton Properties Philippines Inc. launched its Small Office Home Office (SOHO) component of its third Manila project, 8 Adriatico as the company benefited from continued strong reservation sales.

The project is located at the center of Manila’s tourist district, at the corner of Adriatico and Padre Faura streets and is master-planned for four towers featirung studio, one and two-bedroom units to address the growing demand for office space in the area.

A SOHO unit can be maximized as an office at daytime and as a home at night time. Its units are sized at 25 square meters (sqm), with prices starting at P2.1 million with prices range from VAT-free P2.1 million for the studio units, P3 million for the one-bedroom unit to P7.6 million for the two-bedroom unit.

The SOHO feature support fast paced businesses with minimum upkeep and are fully supported by a business center at the ground floor. Small and medium enterprises as well as businesses in health, wellness, beauty, aesthetics and IT are among the ideal locators.

8 Adriatico is the first high rise project in Manila to feature SOHO units that allow business owners to manage their businesses effectively in the comfort of their homes and is situated just beside Robinsons Place Manila and near the University of the Philippines School of Medicine to St. Paul University, to hospitals like the UP PGH and Manila Doctors Hospital and to government institutions such as the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals.

Eton president and chief operating officer Danilo Ignacio said there is an existing demand by office locators in Manila that needs to be addressed. “The SOHO units of 8 Adriatico address the strong demand for office space by local buyers and businesses,” he said.

Eton Properties has launched a total of 30 projects since start of operations in 2007 with property portfolio of launched and completed projects encompassing residential, commercial, office projects and township developments.
