Citibank unveils new products, services for Citigold clients

Citibank, the country’s largest foreign bank, has introduced a full suite of products and services designed to meet the sophisticated needs of its Citigold clients.

“We looked at our clients’ profiles and reexamined their lifestyles. This is something we constantly do in Citi, as we seek to innovate for our clients, and anticipate their needs. The result is an array of specialized services that we call Citigold Global Banking,” Judith Go, Citigold wealth management director for Citibank Philippines.

With Global Banking, Citigold clients can expedite cash withdrawals of up to $10,000 during emergency situations and enjoy preferential foreign exchange rates up to $5,000.

They also get exclusive access to Citigold Lounge areas in Australia, China, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. Regardless of class or airline they fly, they and a companion have complimentary access to the luxurious Northwest WorldClubs Manila Lounge at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1.

“Citigold clients can also manage their accounts through Citigold Home Connect, a single global toll-free number that connects them round the clock to the Citigold Hotline from anywhere in world,” said Go.

Whenever and wherever they need cash, there are over 4,000 Citibank branches worldwide and over 860,000 ATMs available for their use in many countries, or they can conveniently access the bank online.
